Prioritise gut health! I had eye eczema for 18 months it was awful. Add in probiotic and prebiotic foods as much as you can. Refrigerated sauerkraut (not the room temp stuff cause there’s less available good bacteria). I had it on every lunch and dinner. I also used the dermaviduals skincare range especially for eczema - cleansing milk, lotion and oleogel were my holy grail 🙏 I’ve been eye eczema free for 2 years now

I dunno, but for some reason whenever i go to my bfs fams house up in oregon, i flare up SO BAD! I couldnt even use regular moustorizeds w/out it burning. Only thing that helped was Neosporin💀. I believe there are other pretolium based gels of the sort with less antibiotics as well!

no more micellar water for a week. and when u start using it again switch to the orange bottle & use aquafor. (assuming u might use a liquid to wash ur makeup off)

cooler than you😚🥳😎🤯🥶 :
i found that the more products i was using, the worse it got—my skincare is now just vanicream face wash & rosehip oil and my eczema doesn’t flare as much! when i get it on my eyelids triamincinolone acetonide does WONDERS (rx) — but don’t overdo it with that if you can get your hands on it! — vaseline would always make mine worse, but aquaphor has been a live saver for me (vaseline just traps moisture—and sweat! whereas aquaphor traps moisture and while actively moisturizing) — good luck!!

Glad I’m not the only one. My eyelids are so bad. I keep getting asked if I’m wearing bright red eyeshadow. Nothing is helping.

when i used to have bad eczema i would soak the area with a warm washcloth for ten minutes then apply a prescribed steroid oil (eucerine could work as well), followed by a generous amount of aquaphor. depending on the area i would wrap it with bandages as well. id do this right when i wake up/before bed

Do you use satin/silk pillowcases or sleep masks? I used to get eczema on my face and found out I was having an allergic reaction to the satin material
