Ingredients: • 1 cup cacao butter • ⅔ cup cacao powder • ¼ cup coconut milk powder • 3- 4 tbsp pure maple syrup • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract How to: 1. Melt cacao butter over a double boiler. 2. Stir in maple syrup + vanilla, then remove the double boiler from the heat. 3. Whisk in sifted cacao powder + coconut milk powder until smooth. 4. Pour into moulds and option to add nuts, dried fruit, raisins or seeds for a fun, nourishing twist! 5. Place in the fridge to set. Once solid, enjoy and store in the fridge.
