People are seeing something different than j am because what I saw was the officer coming up with his weapon already drawn and pointing at someone just sitting in their car with the door open and one leg hanging out. The cop told him to put his leg back in and slammed the door and then he grabbed his arm through the 1/2 opened window. When the boy stated that he was being recorded, he holstered his weapon and brought out pepper spray. The boy stated he was age and the officer said he didn’t care. He never said why he was arresting him.

lot of racist people in these comments. 1.Officer came up escalating with gun already pointed at this dude head. 2, the dude is handcuffed and officer puts his hands around his throat and then proceeds to pepper spray him while handcuffed, not even fighting back. This is disgusting
