Ciaoo Luca, I'm so sorry you feel this way but I wanted to let you know you're absolutely not alone. We live in a toxic society that makes us feel behind in everything, even if we're so young, and what you feel is a very common feeling among us young people. Know that you have time to do everything, anything, a friend of mine always tells me when I'm down and everything looks dark. As long as you're healthy, you can do anything: you have the whole world in your hands. Each of us has our own path, and the world is beautiful and whimsical precisely because of this. Everyone has a story. The important thing isn’t to give up. When you're sad, think about where you started from and where you are now, how much progress you've made and how many good things have happened to you, it will make you feel better, try it. But a conversation directed towards what's diminishing your mental health at work, could be helpful, whether that's letting the boss know your situation, and being open and honest. I do think you are a secure and reliable worker who probably has more quality and offers the company assets that they need, the least they could do. is be understanding and considerate towards your situation. And in regards to your feelings about being a failure. it'll come, I believe it'll come. it may not be right now, but don't fucking let go of what you want. No. Don't Do that. Take care Sweety.

I think people connect job status with identity too often. I have no education but HS. I'm way happier than most people who went to college for years and have a degree. It's all perspective. I don't see myself working at all unless it's in a bakery, library, halloween store, cozy cafe, orchard, places I enjoy. Also one career path for life is weird! I need to keep changing my path because I love learning new things

You are not a failure Luca. Try to look at it differently, maybe something better is waiting for you than those jobs you think you failed at getting. It takes time. And every time you fail, you are closer to your own success. Keep working on yourself, and soon enough you can quit this environment you are not thriving in. I’ve been there myself. I went back to a job that paid me less than minimum, hated it, nothing to what I loved doing. I actually went to that exact back and forth with jobs 3 times. It repeats itself for a reason. I found mine. And now I know why I had to go through it. Why I kept myself there. Why I “had to go back”-once you find yours you’ll accept it and be able to change it… when you’re almost ready…because we’re never really ready. Virtual hug.

I just quit my job in an industry I've been in for 15 yrs I started hating it about 7 years ago and kept saying I would try something else. I finally gave my notice and am going to try something. even if I fall flat on my face I get to say I tried rather then be 50 sitting at a job I hate wondering what if. keep trying. don't give up even if you fail 100 times failing is always better then saying you never tried.
