@alcinextreme: 🔥 Y’all, this heat is NO joke! With these heat advisories, I wasn’t about to risk melting outside, so I finally broke out my walking pad for the first time. 👏🏾 And whew… let me tell you, it was way more challenging than I expected but sooo effective! 💦 Knocked out a solid 3 miles while catching up on a movie. Who says you can’t stay cool AND get your steps in? 😎 Sometimes it’s all about adjusting but still showing up for yourself. 💪🏾
