If it makes you feel any better, I had a guy constantly complaining we didnt prep hard enough and how he was doing the most. We cleared contest bc i told one guy to swap to titan (which the guy complaining kept saying we shouldn't) and literally cleared right after. 4 different people dont even wanna talk to him anymore. I ended up sitting in the park to reconnect with nature after that.
