I wish I could him to do this. I showed up constantly and consistently for 2 years. He did let me in a lot, I have to say. But I think things got too intense & scary & so I have been discarded & put in the friends zone. Still in touch daily. But I just want him to realise what you’ve pointed out & let me back in

How do I know if it's avoidant attachment or something else? I sit here trying to endure the intimacy and the closeness to a point I start hating my partner, I fear touch and despise any sign of affection. I pull away, feel sad and depressed because I isolate, but I genuinely get sick whenever I get shown any sign of closeness. I force myself to kiss and touch the other person but I can't stand it at all.

I think as an anxious attachment I pushed him away. Because I saw these signs till he ghosted me for 1 week . With only a good morning text and il call you back. After that it was unanswered calls 🥺
