hello, i wanted to get my second and third lobes pierced. if i got them both done at the same instance, would that affect healing or delay them? should i just do it in one appointment or two?

I've heard people say you can get rid of a piercing scar by piercing it at a larger gauge and immediately taking the jewelry out, how true is this?
