Another comment with your midol girl I take 600-800mg of ibuprofen after 3 hrs then 2 Tylenols, and rotate back to ibuprofen then I’ll also take midol in between both of those and I also take a herbal medicine to help my cramps, heating pads, a few other things as well and I STILL am hunched over in pain I throw up on my period bc the pain is so bad so I FEEL YOU 😭 the life of endometriosis and ovarian cysts it’s legit the worst

the midol heat patches work WONDERS for me. I also get just naproxen instead of midol, it’s stronger and lasts longer in my opinion. I hope this can help you too!
