Updated 28 July 2025 - BBC news. A man has appeared in court over a disturbance on an Easyjet flight from Luton to Glasgow Airport on Sunday. Abhay Nayak, 41 was arrested and charged after the flight landed at about 08:20 on Sunday morning. Mr Nayak, of Luton, entered no plea at Paisley Sheriff Court over charges of assault and endangering the safety of an aircraft. Counter-terror police had initially assessed video footage of the incident. Mr Nayak is not facing terrorism charges.
