Worse feeling ever. Focus on nervous system regulation and not the dissociation. I was so caught up in when is it going to go away/stop because it’s annoying and scary. Then I starting listening like oh this is body way of saying we are overwhelmed- my stress response. Focus on regulating your nervous system keep living don’t isolate and let it pass. Sending you love, light, and prayers 🫶🏾
