In my opinion: the discourse reminds me one of my issues with black people that are more… “socially conscious” is the fact that some aren’t conscious to their own internalized raycism. They come across as people, who feel like Black-Americans should be the everlasting sacrificial lambs for the sake of black liberation. That we must sacrifice and abstain to the point, in which we’re just surviving. Not living, but surviving. And we all should “be black” in how they see fit.
