The guy in blue is making the point that secular people make their own rules/rights and can ultimately use force to ensure compliance. He fails to understand that Christian people ultimately made their own rules as well. And yes, get enough (insert religion here) people together, they can force their rules on the minority opinion. It’s been this way ever since people have been around.

Well, rights weren’t “made up”. They were proposed and voted on by thr colletive representatives and once agreed upon will be enforce by force because we are living in a mutually agreed upon polite society that follow the laws implemented by our representatives we vote for. For our FF to say they were God given was a stretch, but thats why we have amendments. 😉

Rights are what we democrratically and constitutionally agree on and decide to provide to the citizens of our society …. That’s what gives the enforcement arms of the government legitamacy to protect those rights with force and violence. …. So no ….Christian’s cant simply decide that they don’t like the rules and unilaterally impose their will on others , they must appeal to the governing bodies and changes the hearts and minds of enough people in the society so that their preference can be reflected in the voting patterns and change the laws that assert these rights.
