the reason China and Indian women are super fertile and have the biggest population is because their moms and still some areas use all cotton fabrics as pads. Get any all cotton t shirts and make your own pads from it. Your period will get lighter too because the chemicals make your periods heavier so you need to buy more

Girl😭 phthalates are everywhere there is no getting rid of them at this point, they are in the environment. They make plastic more durable and flexible, they also make fragrances last longer. The only thing we can try to do is use more glass products and less cosmetics items.

I understand the disgust some may feel about reusable fabric pads but they’ve saved me so much money at this point I could never go back aside from the random tampon. Spray them down with hot water before throwing them in the washer and done till next month.
