Honesty they shouldn't have made the eyes glow at all and I think if anything the eyelids only really match foxy but those aren't as bad as the glowing. I don't know much about Withered Bonnie's eyes but I would think staying red always makes more sense I always thought of it as night vision for cameras or hostile state but the blue doesn't really make it seem as scary looking as red.
