i love beau is afraid as a dark comedy. hereditary is my fave of his. i need to rewatch midsommar and still need to see his short and eddington. i really like his stuff so far.

I absolutely disagree with u...Ari Aster is not a good film director..he creates horrendous images and is the King of torture porn..for instance, the story line in Hereditary makes no sense..nothing is explained within the context of the film...he simply creates ugly images that r difficult to process despite wanting to exorcise them from yr memory..that is not scary just so very unpleasant
