If history is properly checked. That was part of the 1966 agenda, that eventually culminated into a coup plot when the pieces of such an agenda couldn't be achieved. The person that's trying to re-introduce it has a clear/cut motive. Measures are now underway to checkmate such evils; ranging from renaming of streets in Lagos to indigenous identity to various other measures. Thanks for the awareness Sir as Yoruba's are on board with your call.

I commend the Deputy Speaker of the HoRs, Benjamin Kalu, for withdrawing his indigenization bill. The bill is absolutely ridiculous, abysmal and shouldn’t have occurred at all either on earth, heaven or hell. Attempt to erase and hijack people’s origin, cultural, historical and political structures will always be met with horrific and terrific resistance. It will never fly forever!
Although, Azikwe was of the opinion that our differences should be erased, however, I go with Ahmadu Bello’s opinion that our differences shouldn’t be erased but understood. Once again, thank you for withdrawing the bill but please Don’t ever try it again. Regards.

A resounding No! to any indegenity Bill of state of residency Bill.. The existing State of Origin rule is good enough. Any attempt to alter nature by legislation, science or technology has always and will always end up in disaster. Once Nigeria is properly restructured for true FEDERALISM and along ethno-linguistic structure NATURALISATION across regions can be achieved without dangerous backlash but in our present federal structure is dangerous.

They have used an Igbo man to sponsor a bill that will affect his people and all indigenes all over Nigeria. This is sad.

That means all the Fulanis also who had been residing in Igboland for at least 10yrs will be indigenes. Nothing blurs wisdom than greed/selfishness.
