It is a literal cash grab. Because you will have to buy one for every ornament that needs power. Also, You are going to need a lot of power strips which will be a fire hazard depending on how many need to be plugged in with the lights. It also used to be, you powered these ornaments by plugging them into the christmas lights socket or plain batteries. Hallmark is getting greedy.

in my day ๐ต you just pulled off a light bulb from the strand and plugged the ornament into the light strand.

I was really hoping this emulated the old Christmas lights plugs (you know the fire hazard kind) that hallmark ornaments used to require for power- those things havenโt been powered in decades ๐ญ

Prepare yourselfโฆfor the last 3 years I have bought the Haunted Mansion ornaments. They came out with the new and final ones this year and I have to buy another cord because the set comes with an extra ornament that canโt fit on the 1 cord. There are 8 ornamentsโฆthe cord fits 7. ๐
