Heat the cooking oil in a large saucepan over medium-high 2. Add the pork and season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook the meat on all sides until browned, about 10 to 15 minutes. 3. Add potatoes and stir to combine. 4. To a blender cup add tomatillos, onion, chiles de árbol, chicken bouillon, water and blend until smooth. 5. Add blended tomatillo sauce to saucepan and stir to combine. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, simmer, and cook for 30 - 45 minutes or until pork and potatoes are tender.
