The Fever organization has a decision to make. They can either replace the coach who is seemingly out of touch with the players who have the potential to take the Fever to a National Championship or keep her and watch morale continue to decline.

The Fever coaching staff is making a huge mistake by benching Lexie Hull. It's clear that both Lexie and Caitlin Clark (CC) have had their confidence shaken and emotionally hurt not because of their talent, but because of how they're being treated. Lexie was thriving when CC was on the court, because CC actually passed her the ball and trusted her game. Now, it feels like the coaching staff has lost faith in both of them, and it’s affecting their performance and chemistry. Instead of fostering teamwork, the coaches seem to be creating unnecessary competition between players like between Sophie and Lexie when both could easily be effective on the floor together. This kind of approach won’t win WNBA championships. It feels like some of the teammates or staff don’t want CC and Lexie to succeed, and that kind of jealousy or favoritism is toxic to a winning culture. Their bond and dynamic could be an asset, not something to be broken apart. Boston,Lexie,Cc, Mitchell was a great team now this group are being destroyed 😭 Cc and Lexie are both goats period .🔥 Put the 3 of them on court with Boston and Mitchell.

As soon as CC is back, youre going to see a different Lexie. It will be Lexie from the end of last year. Shes lost her confidence. The first time she catches one of those CRISP CC passes, it will all come rushing back to her. Its a confidence thing. Not a skill thing.
