With limited exam and diagnostics. My top differential is a lipid flare due to the immediate response to therapy. This is when triglycerides get into the anterior chamber of the eye due to hyperlipidemia which could be secondary to other diseases like Cushing or pancreatitis. This is normally paired with a disruption of the occular blood barrier like uveitis. But I have only seen this in canines.

Something similar happened to my cat! His eyes were white and hazy, $1000 at the ophthalmologist later to tell me to stop feeding him so many treats 😂
