I truly think it has to do with the most recent episode that aired, where Kenny and Miguel were talking about life before the villa and also how Jana is preventing Kenny from hanging out with Connor. I love Jana but I can see how she was being toxic about this and it most likely got blown up into a fight. That's my guess but I'm sure but we will find out soon.
