Spokane County is Blue. The only county that is blue in Eastern, WA. Western, WA is mostly Blue.

Stop dogging on Spokane. The drug problem there isn't any different than Seattle or Tacoma. Being from Spokane doesn't make you racist any more than being from western Washington makes you any better than anybody else. Not defending her, but don't assume things just based on where somebody is born.
