ADHD here, I went through labour and birth listening to yoga nidra music because "it helps my brain feel nice". This explains a lot! Never tried it for sleep, I always read myself to sleep

Wait, are there actually people with ADHD who are even able to nap? I'm concerned with how they were able to get a reliable sample for this study since I don't think I've ever heard of any of my fellow ADHDers being able to nap (esp as it takes most of us 2 hrs to fall asleep, and that's on a good day).

Riddle me this - I’m diagnosed with Narcolepsy type 1… but I don’t get sleep attacks. I have never been able to nap, fall asleep quickly, or stay asleep - it seems more like insomnia. So I’ve been wondering if I actually have undiagnosed ADHD. Thoughts??
