what is the approximate shelf life on this syrup or how long can I store it, a week?, and do I refrigerate? Thank you for posting; can't wait to make my own batch! 🥰

I shared this flavor combo a while ago and have been obsessed ever since. They just go so good together 😍 makes the perfect summer lunch or dinner! I hope y’all enjoy! ✨ ✨BBQ Chicken Elote Bowls ✨ *What you’ll need: 1 pound chicken, cubed 1/2- 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce Spices: Garlic powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt -Add your cubed chicken to a bowl. -Toss with some oil to coat. -Add in your spices and bbq sauce and stir. *Add extra bbq sauce if needed to make sure it’s fully coated. Amount will vary depending on consistency of your bbq sauce. -Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. -Air fry at 400 for 10 minutes. You can also cook in a pan/bake/grill if you prefer. -Once chicken has reached internal temp of 165, place in a pan with a little bbq sauce and honey that’s been mixed together and coat the cooked chicken. ✨Chipotle elote: 3 cups corn 1-2 tbsp sour cream 1-2 tbsp chipotle mayo (I used homemade) 1 tbsp Lime juice (more, to taste) 1/8 tsp Garlic powder 1/8 tsp Chili powder 3-4 tbsp Cotija cheese (and more for topping) 2 tbsp Cilantro (chopped) Salt to taste 2 tbsp Scallions (chopped) 1/2 jalapeño (chopped, optional) -Heat corn in a pan *if using frozen* cook for about 3-5 minutes, until warm. You can also use grilled corn if you prefer. Just as long as it’s cooked. -Add the other ingredients and stir until combined. ✨Bbq sauce: 1 cup ketchup 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar or vinegar 1.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce 5-7 tbsp sugar* I used golden monk fruit 2 Tbsp yellow mustard 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 Tbsp paprika or to taste 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste Pinch of chipotle and chili powder (optional) 1 cup water -Stir together in a pot and simmer for about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Adjust sugar based off your sweetness preference. ✨Chipotle Mayo: * 3/4 cup mayo * 1-2 tbsp lime juice * 2 chipotles (chipotles in adobo sauce can) * 1 tbsp adobo sauce (chipotles in adobo sauce can) * 2-3 tbsp sugar of choice ( I used monk fruit) * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1/4 tsp smoked paprika * 1/8 tsp chili powder (optional) * salt and black pepper *to taste * 1-2 tbsp water (optional, to thin out) #bbqchicken #Recipe
