They literally just look at the breed and think aggressive. It’s not the breed it’s how you raise the damn dog. My whole live I’ve had pits & bullies none are aggressive. All family dogs! ❤️

Fellow ACO here…. Those two look well cared for and didn’t get far from their home. It’s sad that neighbors don’t know each other anymore, or worse: hate each other to call animal control out of spite.

As someone who owns pitties, they are typically the sweetest laid back dog I’ve ever own. The only thing dangerous about them is there farts, tail & zoomies.

As a pittie owner I thank you for being so sweet towards them and making them feel so safe and secure to be able to walk up to you! I just hate that the male got away before you could get him 😭

I had someone call once for an aggressive dog on their porch and it was a corgi that just thought it was their house, wasn’t aggressive at all 🙄

Never pet a dog first meeting on their head. Always great by sitting having your side towards them. Just a tip for doing a relaxed first meeting :)
