And it’s so good!! 1/4 shredded cheese divided 1 small zucchini, sliced in thin strips (I used potato peeler) Seasoning Sandwich toppings Lay down about 1/8 cup cheese on parchment lined baking sheet. line zucchini on top of cheese, slightly overlapping each piece of zucchini. Sprinkle seasoning on top, top with more cheese, bake at 420 for 13 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly serve and enjoy!
