Inhouse company is much better since their main goal is to endorse everyone as much as possible since they already spent and invested so much. amz ba to? naglipana kasi ngayon yan dyan. nakakalungkot kasi nung time namin ng 2023 di ganyan katindi, metrics pa din naman at business needs ang basehan pero medyo makatarungan kasi noon ung training namin. di kami agad agad sinabak sa calls. nung may kateam din akong di na extend sa department namin at ramdam ko gusto din maregular nalungkot din ako. wala eh ganon talaga. madami naman dyang iba, sipag at dasal may kapalit yan na mas maganda.❤️

I remember one of our agents who failed the training. this agent always excited to go to work always early bird and wiling to learn the process however we have to be transparency. what hurts me is that I know that there is other agents deserves that situation. the one who always saying that he is tenured and easy to learn the process but not always showing up on time and has an attitude problem and management issues.
