Was this a Volkswagen dealership? You should write to the Volkswagen head office in the US as well a create a fraud file with your local police. Clearly the local sales guys are running frauds out of the dealership. Volkswagen needs to know what their sales people are doing. Always re-finance with your bank. Those mail outs are just to draw customers in to get them into a new vehicle. That’s the marketing scheme. Please create a fraud file with your local police.
