the pain in her voice 💔 poor baby she was just a kid still and wanted to go home. modeling can be tough mentally & physically. she must of reached that point of feeling overworked, weak & exhausted. no kid should feel that way at her age, they should be having fun & making memories & having a childhood like any other kid. our bodies can only handle so much till we can’t take it anymore. prioritize health and safety first over anything.

I remember this doc. Had an agency want to send me to Japan when I was 13. My parents watched this with me after someone recommended it. My parents immediately said no to Japan. Never forgot this doc, really stuck with me. Too young to really understand, but the impression from it has never left me.

I watched this documentary years ago. It’s VERY depressing. Even the women who aren’t models that work in that industry are negatively affected by their work. It’s ironic that the modelibg industry is all about beauty when it’s such an ugly business.

This is absolutely a form of trafficking that the media is ignoring, and Naomi Campbell is at the center of it. Taking these young “models” all over the world, usually living in foreign hostels, paying them scraps…. It’s an epidemic😳
