@iyajiadoga_: before yall jump to conclusions haha I built my body naturally—from 120 lbs to 180+ and even placed in a bodybuilding show without touching TRT. But I eventually hit a wall… Even with sleep, nutrition, and training on point, I was constantly fatigued. Got my bloodwork done—test levels came back low. That’s when I made the decision to get on TRT. Not to cheat… not to bulk… but to feel normal. I’m not blasting. I’m not abusing it. I’m simply maintaining healthy levels so I can show up fully as a coach, leader, and man. And honestly? My physique hasn’t changed much. I even looked better before because I was grinding harder.
