Queens native here- dont uber to Manhattan- have them drop u in astoria and take the NW to rockafeller center stop- that underground tunnel is one of the most gorgeous! And that uber will be 100-150 easily because the QUEENSBORO bridge traffic into manhattan and cross town is heavy and its like 2-3 hrs sitting in a car

As someone who lives close to the city this is a great itinerary. I would skip Roosevelt Island unless you have a really warm sunny day.
