Type of calories DO matter, the sugar from an apple will be processed so much better than ice cream. Wont gain 100lbs from eating too many apples….anywayssss But what is that bowl? looks sooo good 👀

could you do a video on what you currently do for workouts. strength training cardio. wife is 38 she is in perimenopause and strength trains 4 days a week walks 10k daily and she is stick at her same weight and is unhappy she looks great to me but she wants to lose weight and she is bummed and wants to quit working out bc no matter what she does she is not getting results any thoughts

Mina I still struggle sooo much with cravings!! Ughh I hate it! I am learning that little changes help even if it’s alittle. Before bed I almost ate alittle Debbie but I thought girl no eat a pickle and go to bed lol

OK girl if you’re gonna be eating, you need subtitles on your videos😂 I say it in the kindest way😂 I also have started to change, even though I extremely healthy and eat really good food lots of fruits and vegetables. I do include a lot of non-caloric beverages in my diet and my gut. My spirit and my soul has been telling me that I need to quit them I’m scared I’ll gain weight because I believed that they curve My sweet tooth, but I just ended up drinking so much of it I need to find a way to stop the non-caloric beverages in my diet and I’m trying my best to stay with the Whole Foods, but man sometimes it’s hard when you look at those ingredients😅

I think its easier to start with calories in/out instead of whole foods. Its a step in the right direction and not as big of a step to make. And theeen you can focus on macros and whole foods ❤️

It’s not just about eating fewer calories what you eat matters. 1,200 calories of fast food is NOT the same as 1,200 calories of whole, nutrient-dense food. Your body isn’t a math equation it’s a chemistry lab. 😆
