oww see I believe being religious already gives me a way and something to believe in. I think it’s easier to fall for a cult if you’re in limbo because people need something to believe in. Might even be more likely to start one

Cults prey on people that are vulnerable. You can be vulnerable whether you are religious or non religious. I would also argue non religious people are more in search of non traditional communities than religious people.

I totallllllyyyyyyy get what you’re saying but there are nonreligious cults out there. Cults get ppl who are convinced they would never fall for a cult allllllll the time.
