Gradually add the heavy cream and mix until it becomes firm. Transfer the cream to a piping bag and refrigerate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Grind the Maria biscuits in a food processor. Add the 1.5 tbsp hazelnut cream and blend until combined. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chop the Giotto into small pieces. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Melt the hazelnut cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Keep an eye on it, as it can melt quickly. Transfer the hazelnut paste to a piping bag. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fill the bottom of each cup or glass with a layer of cookie dough. Press down firmly. Add a layer of Giotto on top. Pipe a layer of cream followed by a layer of hazelnut cream. Garnish with chopped hazelnuts and a Giotto ball.
