unpopular opinion. This movie is better than superman. The world building was fantastic, the cgi was good with the exception of 1 or 2 scenes, the cast was phenomenal and they actually got galactus right which is really tough. The problem with the movie is that it basically speed runs the first act. If this movie was 20 minutes longer it would have been a great movie but it's still decent

The issue that I have with his argument. It’s only that the MCU really didn’t hide from the idea that they were going to pump these movies out. We just like a couple of the older films and thought it was better than the newer ones that came out. And to be fair Byrd the vocal minority. Because you really have to go against families and friends that just want to watch that fun, roller coaster film. And even if a well thought out original film makes a lot of money Hollywood is going to think. Old is monkey movie did well because people like monkeys so all the studios will start making monkey movies. It will have the same tone where it feels like it’s thought out, but they’re really trying to pump more out. To get more money. I think the best thing we should do is focus on spending money on independent films so we can keep independent movies alive.

So i guess what youre trying to say is that it hinges on you being "wow hes accurately portrayed" and that being the final indicator of whether the movies good. But rather than that we should be treating these characters as new and develop their motivations rather than just pulling them from the comics

i genuinely blame it on the fact the movie was 1hr 55m. Marvel Movies are generally 2hr-2hr30min. that gives them so much more freedom to get their point across. but i like long movies so i might be biased
