Birds or not... It doesn't matter. It doesn't explain why it would go inverted at such a low altitude. Unless the aircraft overshot due to too high angle of attack during the turn.

I’m no expert but from all the videos iv seen on this it’s pretty obvious he’s avoiding a multi Engine Bird strike, my eyes show me a flock of birds dispersing and a pilot taking action to try avoid a disaster
