The book “Let Them” by Mell Robbins has significantly helped me. Basically the premise is if people are rude, or do things you don't like, “let them” because we have no control on others but what we can do to preserve our own sanity and mental health is to just say ok let them and thank you for showing who you really are. The second you give attention to these things people say then you have given them just what they want which is attention. Ignore peoples remarks.
