Here’s how I lost 30lbs without going to the gym ↓ 🔖 Save this for when you need gut health & weight loss inspo! After struggling with anxiety, IBS, depression, & inflammation for 5 years, I finally found what actually worked for my body. I never considered I was working out too much. I lifted heavy, hit protein goals, stayed in a calorie deficit but still felt sick, bloated & exhausted I finally realized… I needed to change something because what I was doing wasn’t working I decided to transform my diet, lifestyle & workout routine (even though I was skeptical) Here’s what I did ↓ 1️⃣ Walking. Prioritizing walking as my main form of movement not only helped my physical health but my mental health. I try to walk 2x a day for at least 20-30 mins each  2️⃣ Prioritizing fiber. Fiber is great for your gut health, it regulates your blood sugar & aids in digestion  3️⃣ Eating a balanced plate of whole foods. Previously, my only focus was protein but then l I learned the importance of all the macronutrients for hormone health and blood sugar regulation.  4️⃣ Practicing nervous system regulation. I didn’t realize I was living in a state of fight or flight and high cortisol which only made the intense workouts backfire. I practice deep breathing, physiological sighs, pilates, walks, & being present I realized that everything I was doing to “support” my body was actually going against it.
