🥺🥺🥺 Why did Cambodia start a war? Cambodia is a small and developing country. We don’t have as much weapons as Thailand. We don’t have the money or power to start a war. Our people, women, children, elders, monks, just want to live in peace. Cambodia has always respected its neighbors. But now we are under attack. Bombs have fallen on our land. Our soldiers and innocent people are dead. Our sacred temples, which are part of our identity and culture, are being damaged. And still Thailand is trying to control the situation. They say Cambodia started a war. But why would we? What do we gain? We are the ones who lost our lives. We are the ones who suffered. Don’t believe everything you see on the news. Look deeper. Ask questions. Cambodia is not the aggressor, we are the aggressor.
