hi so i work in a kitchen, anyways this is normal kitchen shit. if you get fired they do not need to give a two week notice. a notice is for you when you put your two weeks in or if it’s lay off. yes you should wear gloves but you don’t need to if you’re constantly washing your hands and are self aware of washing your hands. my question is, there has to be more behind why you got fired.
