I am very lucky to be aggressive enough with my driving that things like highways, unknown cities, parallel parking, and unprotected left turns don't bother me 🙏

Making an unprotected left isn’t the hard part, it’s when you get constant honking from behind you when it’s clearly not safe to go. But yes if I see that there is no traffic light symbol I don’t go to that street

just remember guys, your safety is always more important than wherever you or the people behind you need to be, take your time and if you don’t feel confident taking the turn with the space you have there is nothing wrong with waiting for the next one, just don’t start going and then hesitate, once you’re ready commit and slam that shit

I was at an unprotected left near Echo Park once and it was also the same lane to go straight so I had like 3 cars honking at me to go even tho there were nonstop cars coming from the other lane 😭😭

me when half the comments say waze helps you avoid this and the other half is saying they stopped using waze because of this 👁️👄👁️. this is why i just study google maps two hours before i go somewhere if i’ve never gone that route before because i am simply NOT doing that😭😭😭 if there’s no stoplight icon on maps I AINT GOING THERE

I hated driving to my nearest target and Costco for over a year cause of this same reason and it is 4 lanes away fr and to even get there I need to even race there from the other side of the avenue fr

if im coming out of a parking lot and theres a middle lane i turn left into that when oncoming is clear and put on my right turn signal to get into the lane i need to be!
