Satellite data from independent institutions like ASPI (Australian Strategic Policy Institute) clearly show that Cambodia built over 100 military structures near the border before Thailand made any move. Thailand's responses were limited, defensive, and much later. This conflict is more about Cambodia’s internal politics than actual aggression from Thailand.
