The proposed Northern Corridor may be signed in September 2025, but it will only become operational in 2028. It uses a combination of rail and sea to move goods directly between the two countries without touching the US. However, there is no single rail corridor to do this, so it will be limited to containerized shipments that can be moved between rail and sea easily, and will incur additional shipping expenses of loading/unloading, and the delays associated. Then all the US has to do is declare a lower tariff for ‘pass-through’ goods and the ‘Northern Corridor’ will be abandoned.

😂😂😂😂 okay let me put it to you in a way that y'all may understand it😂😂😂 Canada and Mexico are countries who sell product.. United States of America buys products... there are countries who are buyers and there are countries who are sellers.. two countries who are sellers are not going to make it very good deal.. or partners.. You have to have a buyer.. for your products.. this is why Mexico and Canada need the United States of America because America is a buying country.. does that make sense to you?
