fortunately my birth name is gender neutral, however, if i were to have a grave (my parents would cremate me) i just KNOW they would put "daughter" and "sister" on there or whatever. nah...

My parents refuse to use my preferred name. I had a group solo in choir and my teacher accidentally put my preferred name on the program so when we got home I was yelled at and I went to bed crying. (They said nothing about my group solo)

Mine will still put it despite it being legally changed. I have to outlive out of spite. They’re still mad that I told my SIL a different name than my deadname and my SIL doesn’t know my lore or why I gave her a different name. But she’s the only one who calls me by my name.
