wake up earlier - 5 tips! 1) alarm clock placement - get yourself a good alarm clock and place it a few steps away from your bed. this forces you to stand up, get some blood flowing & get your day started! (this one is absolutely essential) 2) evening routine - preparation is key! waking up early is a lot easier when you don’t have to think too much. lay out your clothes and pack your bag the night before. 3) strong reason - why do you want to wake up earlier? have motivating reasons that you remind yourself of in the mornings when you don’t feel like getting out of bed! 4) step by step - try improving gradually. don’t pressure yourself into thinking you have to wake up at your goal time immediately. you will burn out and it will not be sustainable. progress yourself into it by waking up 15min earlier every week or so. 5) consistency - once you are in the routine of waking up earlier, stay consistent with it! trust me, it will get easier and easier the more you do it. #student #sleep #tips #hacks #5am #medstudent #GymTok #hustle #SelfImprovement #fyp
