Acquisition my brother. Most of these brands were not founded by Spur that’s why they remain separate. Spur acquired them along the way.

What investing taught me is that, we often see stores or restaurants as competitions where as they fall under one major brand and that only few people are wealthy in SA because of owning multiple brands.
