cops get hung up on the wrong details. who cares that he was wearing a helmet. He didnt commit a crime but Walmart is private property so either trespass the guy or don't. He clearly paid for his belongings now its time just move on.

Honestly as a bike rider myself I think this is irresponsible of the biker. Due to our current times he knew that not removing his helmet was going to bring attention to him.

The reason why they want him to take his helmet off is because they could not get him on camera. This is the issue and I don't blame him for not taking it off. Anyway, it's his right.

It’s a safety reason and it kinda makes no sense to keep it on , the store could just bar him but that just wanted the helmet removed due to safety reasons
