Fun fact for everyone, most dayroom officers (CO’s who are constantly around inmates) carry only keys to check log boxes and lock doors and a radio, no taser no oc no cuffs no batons

They need to be issued on a personal basis or a minimum of one to a wing at all times, response groups are hours away from some prisons.

Governors only care about HMPPS inspections. They repaint the entire prison with it 74th layer of paint, bribe the prisoners and threaten the staff. Just so they can earn their bonuses
