Portion control has always been my downfall. April 17 I decided to give portion control a try once again. I was 299lbs at that time. I’m not as of July 28…272.2lbs. I worked on portion control solely for 2 weeks also ate better but not perfect. Not going to try to do that. I love tacos and pizza too much. After 2 weeks I went to gym to do 10 mins on bike and stretching. A week later I added weights. Been doing weights, stretching and eating less and I’m doing ok with it.

I’ve been working on this and honestly it gets easier once you stop waiting until you’re absolutely starving to eat…eat when you’re hungry not starving bc it’s hard to not overeat when you’re really hungry

I literally eat around 2300-2400 calories at 77kg and people don't believe me when I say I'm consistently losing weight. cause before I was eating close to 3000 every day

I am trying, each meal is a Rep. I am a couple weeks in and it is difficult. There was a comedian who said when you stop eating before feeling full is a superpower. 😂
